A credit pull you never approved.

Step by step
  • Get your free report from Equifax and TransUnion. Find the inquiry.
  • Dispute it with the credit bureau.
  • Ask the company, in writing, to remove it.
  • File a privacy complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. If a bank, also FCAC.

  • Your credit file is yours. Keep records of everything.
