PRINT Canada publishes selected letters in every print edition. Letters may be edited for length and clarity. We publish the writer's name and city unless anonymity is requested and granted.

Letters to the editor

We want to hear from readers who have something to say about the stories we publish, the institutions we cover, or the country we all live in. A letter does not need to be long. One clear paragraph is enough. What matters is that it is specific, grounded, and yours.

Send letters to: letters@printmag.org

If you are requesting anonymity, say so in the body of the letter and explain briefly why. We take these requests seriously. We will not publish your name or identifying details without your consent.

Story tips

If you know about something that should be reported, write to tips@printmag.org. You do not have to identify yourself. A tip is not a commitment and does not guarantee publication. We follow up on every tip that includes a verifiable detail we can check.

Corrections

If you believe something we published is factually wrong, please write to editors@printmag.org with the specific error and, if possible, a verifiable source. We investigate every correction request. If we confirm the error, we correct it promptly and publicly. See our full corrections policy.

Letters policy

PRINT does not publish anonymous letters except in circumstances where anonymity protects a source from genuine harm and the editorial board has verified the letter's factual basis. We do not publish letters that contain defamatory statements, personal attacks, or content that could expose the magazine to legal liability without independent verification of the underlying claims. We do not publish letters written by public relations professionals on behalf of organizations we have covered.

Letters submitted to PRINT may be published in print, on the website, or both. We will contact you before publication.
